Big dutchman Semi-automatic poultry vaccination
MultiVacc
Up to four intramuscular breast injections and one wing-web injection – applied in a single handling step. Working efficiency paired with biosecurity.
Where it is used
Built for the rearing period
MultiVacc is designed for professional vaccination during rearing, for layer pullets and for broiler breeders alike.

Egg production
Rearing of young laying hens
Pullets raised for the laying period, for example in a Primus rearing system.

Poultry growing
Rearing of broiler breeders
Parent stock raised for broiler production.
One step, several injections
Two vaccination types, applied together
MultiVacc combines intramuscular breast and wing-web injections in the same handling step.
Intramuscular
Up to 4 breast injections
1 · 2 · 3 · 4 – choose per programme
One to four needles inject vaccine into the breast muscle. The number is fully flexible – apply 1, 2, 3 or 4 doses to match your vaccination programme.
Flexible: 1 – 4 needles
WingWeb · pox
1 wing-web injection
Pox vaccine · into the wing web
An additional needle applies the pox vaccine into the wing web – in the very same handling step as the breast injections.
Always 1 needle
Breed-specific breast trays keep every dose precise.
How MultiVacc works
One handling step, start to finish
Replace up to three traditional handling steps with a single, fast cycle.

01
Insert & trigger
The bird’s wings are guided into the rail. Triggering the sensor starts the cycle — the orange breast tray rises and holds the bird gently in place.
02
Breast & wing-web injections
Up to four needles extend and inject vaccine into the breast muscle. The wing-web unit on top applies the pox vaccine – all in quick succession.

03
Reset & refill
The breast tray lowers and the bird is released. The needles retract and refill, and the vaccination machine is ready for the next bird in seconds.
Why MultiVacc
Less stress for birds. Less work for crews.
One handling step
Replaces up to three separate handling steps with one. Less stress, less trauma, faster recovery in the first days.
Better biosecurity
Fewer staff movements in the house reduce the risk of spreading pathogens.
High throughput
Fast, repeatable cycles built for high daily vaccination volumes.
High accuracy
Breed-specific breast trays ensure precise, repeatable dosing.
